Michael Cooper a conservative member of Canada's parliament recently introduced legislation to allow jurors to discuss aspects of their trial in a medical setting. Some argue that this legislation is necessary to help those jurors suffering from PTSD. At present, Canadian jurors are prohibited from discussing the case post trial.
